Kay Grant, Director of Business Operations
With over 10 years as an IBM programmer, Kay’s experience runs the gamut. From COO for a startup business, to retail marketing, and project management, her business acumen is welcomed and relied on by the Merito team and customers alike. Her specializations include business planning, strategy, and renewal contract administration. From overseeing Merito’s contracted consulting engagements to HR, she’s helped the firm double in size and grow 5-fold in revenue. Kay is a co-founder of Summit Consulting, and is passionate about helping the community. She has years of volunteer experience serving on a crisis line, tutoring and mentoring youth, and has also helped abused children in her role as a Boulder County Court appointed Special Advocate.
Kay holds a BS in Computer Science with a double major in Economics from Duke University and an MSW from the University of Denver.
